RCG Pet Waste Removal LLC: Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services
RCG Pet Waste Removal LLC agrees to provide pet waste removal services at the client's service address on a frequency agreed upon (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly). We will remove pet waste, seal it in our own heavy-duty bags, and remove all waste from the property at the end of each visit to ensure a clean, odor-free environment for your home.

Property Accessibility
Clients must ensure the service area is accessible (e.g., unlocked, functional gates). If the technician cannot access the area, the full service fee for that visit still applies.

Obstructions
We will scoop around lawn objects, toys, or furniture but will not move them. If high grass, leaves, or debris prevent us from seeing waste, we will collect what is visible but are not responsible for "missed" waste caused by unmaintained yard conditions.

2. Pet Safety & Liability

Pet Containment
For the safety of our technicians and your pets, we may require pets to be kept indoors during service. While we take every precaution to secure gates, RCG Pet Waste Removal LLC is not responsible for escaped pets. We recommend that clients always check gates before letting pets outside.

Property Damage
We are not responsible for damage to poorly maintained or defective gates, fences, or property infrastructure.

3. Billing & Payment

Payment Terms
Invoices are sent after service and are due upon receipt. Failure to pay within 7days may result in the suspension of services.

Late Fees & Collections
A late fee of $25 will be applied to overdue accounts. Accounts unpaid after 14 days may be referred to a collections agency.

Returned Payments
A fee of $35 will be charged for any returned checks or failed automated payments.

4. Service Changes & Termination

Holiday/Weather Policy
RCG Pet Waste Removal LLC observes red letter government holidays. In the event of extreme weather preventing service, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a credit on the following invoice.

Cancellation
Either party may terminate this agreement with 24 hours written notice.

5. Privacy

Privacy
We value your privacy. Personal information (name, address, payment details) is collected solely to manage your account and perform services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing or legal compliance.
